The KVD 1.5 Shallow Runner has the same tremendous wiggle and action but accomplishes it all in 3 of water or less. The bill deflects the lure off cover but allows it to run true at high speeds. So now you have another option over grass or around stumpy flats. The Kevin Van Dam Shallow Runner is hand tuned features black nickel hooks chip-resistant paint and 3D eyes.
